200. Lunch Break

Perhaps our most memorable meal during our tour of Utah, this restaurant used local produce to produce their gourmet meals. The Chef (right rear) was originally from Sharon, Vermont and knew several folks that we also knew. Our waitperson, Jasmine, was originally from Alberta, but came to Provo to go to B.Y.U.
