at the Pago Restaurant - S. 900th St - salt Lake City, Utah - October 7, 2010after 10 days in "the Tin Can" we did the full Utah circuit and ended up back in Salt Lake. The folks at The Communal in Provo told us about this restaurant recommended due to its use of local produce and to its high-end gourmet style. Their emphasis was "from farm to the table."
